Theoretically, you can order from abroad, but with shipping costs, it comes out to the same as buying something new. Now I only use it for steaming vegetables, because it's not safe to use the worn basket for cooking. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement part?

One cooking cycle for rice is not enough. A second one is needed to soften the rice. Parboiled rice is recommended.

Although we did not expect it, the quality of the device's materials is very poor. Yes, when it works, the rice turns out well. It was in our possession for 2 months, worked 6-7 times, until yesterday it stopped working, possibly burned out and needs repair. We would not buy it again mainly because of the quality of the materials.

It's fine, it just needs a very good rinsing of the rice, otherwise it splashes water everywhere. One cup of rice and a little less than 2 cups of water
