I bought this specific hard disk case to diagnose M.2 hard disks in case they are not working or are problematic. After market research, I ended up with this case because there are many types of M.2 hard disks and I wanted a device that I could use to insert and remove 4 different hard disks with just one port. This is very good for the work I do. The cost would have significantly increased if I had bought a different case for each hard disk. I plugged the hard disk port into my laptop and it works perfectly. The only thing I haven't tried yet is if the hard disks work with this case. I don't have such hard disks yet, but I will soon have one due to repairing a computer for a friend.
