Very heavy for my stomach. Unfortunately, it didn't give me any energy as it upset my stomach with the first pill. Its ingredients bother me, who thought of putting sunflower oil inside? It's a shame because the q10 Lanes existed many years ago and now they only have it with vitamins, and that one didn't bother my stomach at all.
