First time I decide to comment on a dietary supplement in order to possibly help other people. Since I was a child, I didn't particularly like meat and I often had iron-deficiency anemia. Proper and balanced nutrition is necessary and helps a lot more than any other formulation (without nutrition). I come from the medical field. I have tried most of the formulations available in the Greek market and after many years of trials, experiments, and collaboration with experts, doctors, and clinical nutritionists, it has been concluded that there are several good dietary supplements. The issue is that most organisms, when using the same formulation for a long period of time, maybe even years, at some point the body stops responding the same way as in the beginning of use. So, I believe it is good to replace it at regular intervals with an equivalent formulation, of equal quality, responsiveness, and performance. In this case, I tried for the first time, on my own responsibility but also in consultation with a doctor, the Health Aid Iron Bisglycinate 30mg. I started the treatment on 12/5/2022 where the treating doctor suggested that I take a double dose (1 tablet at noon and 1 tablet in the evening) for only one month to see if my body responds. The results were excellent and can be seen in the tests I have posted. Despite taking a double dose, the formulation was friendly to the intestines and stomach. I consider it a good iron supplement and would recommend it. However, I must inform that there are also other equally good and friendly iron supplements in the category, depending on the coverage needs, such as Sideral Forte, Solgar Gentle Iron, Better You Iron Daily Oral Spray, Now Foods Iron Complex, Nature's Plus Iron 40mg, etc.
Πρώτη φορά παίρνω την απόφαση να σχολιάσω ένα συμπλήρωμα διατροφής με σκοπό να βοηθήσω ίσως κι άλλους ανθρώπους.
Από παιδί δεν συμπαθούσα ιδιαίτερα το κρέας και είχα συχνά σιδηροπενική αναιμία. Η σωστή και ισορροπημένη διατροφή είναι απαραίτητη και βοηθάει σε υψηλό ποσοστό πολύ περισσότερο από οποιοδήποτε σκεύασμα (χωρίς διατροφή). Προέρχομαι από τον ιατρικό χώρο. Έχω δοκιμάσει τα περισσότερα σκευάσματα που υπάρχουν στην Ελληνική αγορά και μετά από πολλά χρόνια δοκιμών, πειραμάτων και συνεργασίας με ειδικούς, ιατρούς και κλινικούς διατροφολόγος, έχει βγεί το συμπέρασμα πως υπάρχουν αρκετά καλά συμπληρώματα διατροφής. Το ζήτημα είναι πως οι περισσότεροι οργανισμοί όταν χρησιμοποιούν το ίδιο σκεύασμα για μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα, ίσως και χρόνια, κάποια στιγμή το σώμα παύει να ανταποκρίνεται το ίδιο με τον πρώτο καιρό χρήσης. Οπότε, πιστεύω πως είναι καλό να γίνεται αντικατάσταση ανά κάποιο χρονικό διάστημα με αντίστοιχο σκεύασμα, εξίσου καλής ποιότητας, ανταπόκρισης και απόδοσης. Στη προκειμένη περίπτωση δοκίμασα για πρώτη φορά, με δική μου ευθύνη αλλά και συνεννόηση με ιατρό, το Health Aid Iron Bisglycinate 30mg. Τη θεραπεία την ξεκίνησα 12/5/2022 όπου ο θεράπων ιατρός πρότεινε ΜΟΝΟ για ένα μήνα να παίρνω διπλή δόση (1 ταμπλέτα το μεσημέρι και 1 ταμπλέτα το βράδυ) για να βλέπαμε εάν ανταποκρινόταν ο οργανισμός μου. Τα αποτελέσματα ήταν εξαιρετικά και φαίνονται στις εξετάσεις που έχω αναρτήσει. Παρόλο που έπαιρνα διπλή δόση, το σκεύασμα ήταν φιλικό με έντερο και στομάχι. Το θεωρώ αρκετά καλό συμπλήρωμα σιδήρου και θα το πρότεινα. Οφείλω όμως να ενημερώσω πως υπάρχουν επίσης κι άλλα εξίσου καλά και φιλικά συμπληρώματα στην κατηγορία σιδήρου, ανάλογα με την ανάγκη κάλυψης, όπως το Sideral Forte, το Solgar Gentle Iron, το Better You Iron Daily Oral Spray, της Now Foods Iron Complex, Nature's Plus Iron 40mg κ.α.
