Dosage

  • For adults, two capsules daily, can be increased to four.
  • If needed, children over 12 years old can take two capsules daily, to be taken with a generous amount of water or juice, preferably in the evening or as directed by a physician.

Precautions: 

  • Individuals with chronic constipation, during pregnancy, and with irritable bowel syndrome should seek professional advice before use. 
  • It is important to maintain adequate fluid intake.
