Dosage

  • Adults and over 16 years old 1-2 capsules per day with food.

Precautions:

  • Should not be taken by those undergoing treatment with antidepressants and pregnant women.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains:

  • Hawthorn Powdered Extract
    (standardized to 5% total flavones) 160mg
  • Valerian Extract (5:1)
    (equivalent to 250mg Valerian powder) 50mg
  • Viburnum Extract (10:1)
    (equivalent to 500mg Viburnum powder) 50mg
  • Magnolia Powder Extract 25mg
  • St. John’s Wort Powder Extract
    (standardised to 0,3% Hypericine) 25mg
  • Passion Flower Extract (4:1)
    (equivalent to 10mg Passion Flower powder) 2,5mg
