Martha Is Dead is a dark first-person psychological thriller set in Italy in 1944, blurring the lines between reality, superstition, and the tragedy of war.

As the conflict between German and Allied forces intensifies, the desecrated body of a woman is found drowned… That woman is Martha! Martha is dead and her twin sister Giulia, the young daughter of a German soldier, must face the intense trauma of loss and the impact of her murder alone. The search for the truth is shrouded by mysterious folk legends and the extreme horror of the war drawing ever closer.
