3 stars as soap but 5 stars as preshave...because I often use safety razors and want extra glide, I prefer it compared to other preshaves...a little in the palm and a few swirls with the brush, simple application on the face and loading the brush with the soap of your choice and face lathering...mainly I do not use preshave with safety razors...

Only for historical empirical reasons .... Moderate slipperiness, difficult to use, no protection at all, hydration in general is the worst for the era of artisan soaps etc. but I bought it and I would regret it if I didn't buy it and I didn't regret it at all :)

Compared to the competition, it falls behind, significantly even.
Its main advantages are the excellent slipperiness and the very affordable price.
    But that's about it.
For the money, it's better to choose something else, like the red Palmolive or the white Nivea.

Very good olive oil soap with a neutral scent, it glides nicely on the razor and protects! Honestly, I didn't expect it to be so good.

    UNIQUE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The best soap in powder form. I was truly satisfied with its use. Very good slipperiness, dense lather, and no difficulty in using it.

Because I often hear various opinions about this soap, such as that it doesn't easily create lather or that the lather doesn't stay within the brush, I will share the method that was suggested to me and that I always use with absolute success.

First, soak the brush in warm water for about 2-3 minutes. In a container of your choice, add a tablespoon of warm water, then sprinkle a teaspoon of powdered soap. Take the brush and without squeezing it, start creating lather inside the container.
Don't be surprised by the initial appearance you will see, continue the process with the brush and gradually add as much water as you think is needed to make your lather perfect. The result will pleasantly surprise you, just like it did for me.

After all, it's not a coincidence that it's the favorite soap of barbers.

Let me be the first then. I bought the soap after many good reviews from many users of this soap. My opinion is exactly the opposite of what I read. After use, the soap foams very little, and whatever foam it creates disappears after a while, it is moderately slippery, and after a shower, the skin feels tight and sticky. I didn't like it in short, not at all. I would have preferred a towel and I would have been better off, what a shame

  • The foam is not very rich, like in shaving cream. Anyway, the razor glides well.

As a beginner, I do not recommend it. You do not easily make meringue. It requires experience
