Αντικολλητική, ευρύχωρη και ανοίγει προς τα πάνω που είναι βολικό στο μαγείρεμα αλλά.. πρέπει να έχεις πολύ δυνατό μάτι, στα κεραμικά μάτια κάνει με τις ώρες, αν τη βάλω στο πετρογκάζ ψήνει μια χαρά. Αντίθετα inox κατσαρόλα παλιά που έχω ψήνει πολύ καλύτερα στην κεραμική...
Επίσης έπεσε το καπάκι και το πόμολο έσπασε με τη μια που σημαίνει και τα χερούλια αργά ή γρήγορα φοβάμαι θα σπάσουν. Θα προτιμούσα κλασικές ανοξείδωτες...
