First of all, let me say that I bought it for around €143 with a coupon. I chose the complete set with the 2 batteries (although each one is only 2Ah) and the charger because if I went for the saw, a 4Ah or 5Ah battery, and the charger, it would have been slightly more expensive.
I used it with a cheap, somewhat liquid, 30-weight oil for the chain and I can say that it is perfect for spring. I pruned vanilla, lemon, and apricot trees. It is true that due to its weight, the thin chain, and the one-handed operation, it tends to kick back on small branches, so I recommend cutting branches with a diameter of 2cm and above. It doesn't get stuck at all on medium branches and is convenient for areas where you can't cut with a handsaw. Of course, it cannot be compared to a gasoline-powered one, let's be realistic.
Regarding battery life, I have seen in videos claiming that it can make up to 75-120 cuts with the 2Ah battery. Personally, I believe that 75 cuts of medium branches is a more reasonable number. The 2 batteries in the set can handle a lot of work, but always with moderation. They do indeed charge in one hour at most.
The 5Ah battery costs around €50-55, so it is not cheap. The choice is yours.
WARNING: As others have mentioned, I also want to emphasize that it tends to kick back on small green branches. If you cut dry or larger diameter branches, then you won't have such a problem.
UPDATE 1/5/23: I noticed that it leaks lubricant from the bottom part where the oil container is located and it seems to be at the point where the two parts of the plastic casing connect. In fact, the container had emptied due to the storage of the saw, but as you can understand, it cannot drain to the last drop. At first, I thought it had simply dripped from the chain over time. After thorough cleaning, I noticed oil again at the bottom part. UNACCEPTABLE for a machine that I paid €143 for, that I have been using for only 2.5 months, and has NEVER fallen from a height of less than 10 centimeters.
Καταρχάς να πω ότι το αγόρασα στα ~143€ με κουπόνι. Διάλεξα το πλήρες σετ με τις 2 μπαταριες (αν και μόνο 2Ah η καθεμία) και το φορτιστή γτ αν πήγαινα για το πριόνι, 4άρα ή 5άρα μπαταρία και τον φορτιστή θα έβγαινε ελαφρώς πιο ακριβά.
Το χρησιμοποιήσα με ένα φτηνό, κάπως ρευστό, 30άρι λάδι για την αλυσίδα και μπορώ να πω ότι είναι ότι πρέπει για την άνοιξη. Κλάδεψα βανίλιες, λεμονιές και δαμασκηνιές. Είναι γεγονός πως λόγω του βάρους του, της λεπτής καδένας και του χειρισμού με το ένα χέρι, πως κλωτσάει αρκετά στα μικρά κλαράκια και συνιστώ από 2εκ και πάνω διάμετρο κοψίματος. Δεν κολλάει καθόλου σε μεσαία κλαριά και βολεύει σε έκταση του χεριού όπου δε μπορείς να κόβεις με το χειροπρίονο. Δε συγκρίνεται με βενζινοκίνητο βέβαια, να είμαστε λογικοί.
Από αυτονομία μπαταρίας έχω δει σε βίντεο να ισχυρίζονται πως κόβει μέχρι και 75-120 με τη 2άρα. Προσωπικά πιστεύω πως 75 κοψίματα μεσαίων κλαδιών είναι πιο λογικό νούμερο. Οι 2 μπαταριες του σετ μπορούν να βγάλουν αρκετή δουλειά αλλά με μέτρο πάντα. Φορτίζουν όντως σε μια ώρα το πολύ.
Η 5άρα μπαταρία κάνει 50-55€ οπότε δεν είναι και φτηνή. Η επιλογή δική σας.
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ: Όπως έχουν πει κι άλλοι έτσι κι εγώ τονίζω πως κλωτσάει αρκετά στα μικρά χλωρά κλαριά. Αν κόψετε ξερά ή μεγαλύτερη διάμετρο τότε δεν θα έχετε τέτοιο πρόβλημα.
UPDATE 1/5/23: Παρατήρησα πως στάζει λιπαντικό από το κάτω μέρος που βρίσκεται το δοχείου λαδιού και απ' ότι φαίνεται στο σημείο που ενώνονται τα 2 τμήματα της πλαστικού περιβλήματος. Το δοχείο μάλιστα είχε αδειάσει λόγω αποθήκευσης του πριονιού αλλά όπως καταλαβαίνετε δε γίνεται να στραγγίξει μέχρι τελευταίας σταγόνας. Στην αρχή νόμισα πως απλώς είχε στάξει απο την αλυσίδα με τον καιρό. Μετά από ενδελεχή καθαρισμό παρατήρησα πάλι λάδι στο κάτω μέρος. Α-Π-Α-Ρ-Α-Δ-Ε-Κ-Τ-Ο για μηχάνημα που πλήρωσα 143€, που χρησιμοποιώ μόνο 2.5 μήνες και δεν μου έχει πέσει ΠΟΤΕ κάτω ούτε από 10 εκατοστά ύψος.
