Moisturizing, natural, but in no way will it cover you if you have a very large belly like I do. The instructions are for application twice a day, I applied it more often and still the skin around my navel felt tight in between, until I ended up with 4-5 stretch marks.
For a smaller/normal belly it should be fine.
