Whether you take one or three capsules, it is necessary for each capsule to be taken during a meal with a little healthy fat. This helps for better absorption of Omega-3. Also, it helps avoid the unpleasant fishy burp and prevents stomach heaviness. If someone takes the capsule on an empty stomach, the fat from the fish oil passes quickly through the stomach and intestine without being well absorbed. Essentially, much of its effect is lost.
So: Examples of small amounts of healthy fats to include in your meals are: raw olive oil (NOT cooked), or an egg, or 6 olives, nuts such as 7 raw almonds or 2 walnuts, or a little avocado or feta cheese....

The whole secret in this supplement is the DHA and EPA, this particular one is among the richest on the market, you can buy it with your eyes closed, personally it doesn't cause any stomach disturbance for me, just sometimes a little while after using it when you burp you might get a slight fishy taste but that's absolutely normal and not bothersome at all!!!! This product is AWESOME!!!

I use this particular brand as it is one of the most reliable! Likewise, this specific omega-3 product is very good for its price! It doesn't smell like fish if you take it after a meal as the instructions say! It is effective when combined with a balanced diet!

I will not choose it again for two reasons: 1. the capsule is huge and I swallow it with great difficulty. Note that I am a person who has no problem swallowing large pills - but this capsule surpasses even what I considered large pills until now.
2. It really smells very bad, like a pigsty! It doesn't smell fishy, as one might expect from this kind of dietary supplement, but it smells like badly made pork. I suppose this smell comes from the gelatin it contains.

It certainly doesn't have an unpleasant smell, fishy taste, and they don't cause bloating. The truth is, I didn't feel any difference, but of course, that doesn't mean they don't do what they promise.

The best Omega-3 on the market for me. 3 times a day with my meals, I don't even notice it (the fishy taste). Easy to digest and no stomach discomfort.

Good high-quality product with a large amount of DHA EPA but cannot be compared in quality and health benefits to classic cod liver oil.

As for what the previous speakers have said, they are right; the ONLY negative I find is the price. 45 euros, that is, more than a day's wage for a package is way too much money. There are also cheaper brands to buy.

These specific Omega-3s were recommended by a doctor to my brother (I don't remember for what reason), and since then I have been buying them consistently to help lower my triglycerides along with a medication for triglycerides, and my triglycerides have stabilized. Excellent, but if you have an issue with the fishy taste that comes after digestion, definitely take it before the meal.

After 1 year with capsules daily, without side effects, light exercise and relatively careful diet (no, I didn't give up souvlaki), my triglycerides went from 166 to now 88.

It does not improve cholesterol levels (total and LDL), only triglycerides, because the amounts of EPA and DHA are very small, as informed by the endocrinologist.

It is the cheapest among those of MyProtein but it does not have stable availability. I take it immediately before meals because on an empty stomach it is a bit heavy and you feel nauseous. After a meal, it may not be a good idea because it competes with the absorption of fats from the food.

After Omakor (expensive though), we really have an excellent product here, it lowered my triglycerides from 300 to 150 with 2 capsules per day, excellent product.

It is difficult to digest and leaves an unpleasant taste and smell, I suppose it is not suitable for sensitive stomachs.

I have been buying this product for years, the same one from Lamberts.
You drink the capsules with water and don't chew them, so you don't come into "contact" with the smell-taste of fish oil.
As for the results? Simply fantastic!!

I haven't been taking it for a long enough time to see results, but it is a brand that I trust and the benefits of fish oil are proven, so I have no doubts.

As for this specific product, I will only say that it is very easy to swallow (maybe a little difficult for small children, but it is already mentioned that it is not suitable for children) and it has no taste or smell (logical since they are capsules). Personally, what really concerns me is a strange feeling in my stomach for a few hours after taking fish oil in liquid form, as I did for a while, something like bloating but not exactly.

It has it all: 1) high content of beneficial fatty acids (EPA & DHA), 2) it is fish oil and not cod liver oil, 3) proven results in blood tests regarding triglycerides and LDL cholesterol, 4) after systematic use, you can see a difference in mood and fatigue on a daily basis, 5) it does not have an unpleasant smell after consumption (and in the end, it is fish oil, so it is reasonable to have at least a slight smell...), 6) it is Lambert's, which is a top brand in supplements, and finally, 7) it is very cost-effective that the packaging contains so many capsules.

After 1 year of continuous use, the cholesterol dropped from 235-240 to 217.
The significant decrease occurred in triglycerides, going from 300+ to 180.
I will continue taking it permanently from now on.

A simple Omega-3. It is not the best quality on the planet, nor the worst. It is fine for a commercial product. If you want something of higher quality and more tested, then look at Nordic Naturals, which are the top Omega-3 (non-krill) worldwide. Now, whether you buy Lamberts, Seven Seas, or something from the pharmacy, it's all the same.

Odorless and tasteless. Personally, very satisfied. I take three capsules daily. After searching the market, I don't think there is any other product at this price that is better (in Greece). It is also extra filtered.
