10ml package containing 100% edible Organic Spearmint Essential Oil. Organic Spearmint is the common name for the plant Menta Spicata. The essential oil of Spearmint is derived from steam distillation of its leaves and has a slightly sweeter scent than Mint.

It is used in aromatherapy to regulate breathing, improve mental clarity and memory. In cases of weakness, lethargy, nausea, fever, and headaches, it has beneficial effects.

Organic Spearmint essential oil is a colorless to yellow liquid with a fresh-cooling aroma, combined with notes of cumin. It easily dissolves in alcohol and vegetable oils but hardly dissolves in water. The main component is (-) – carvedone, with limonene and linalool in smaller concentrations.

It promotes wound healing, acts against acute and chronic bronchitis, and helps with nasal congestion. It aids in digestion and bile flow and can be used for gastritis and abdominal massage.

In aromatherapy, it is valued for its balancing, soothing, and exfoliating properties. It is used for mental and physical exhaustion, anxiety, and lack of concentration.
