The solenoids are excellent for generating linear motion for pushing, pulling, or controlling switches and levers. According to the datasheet, this solenoid is rated for 36V but works perfectly at 12V as well. They have been tested with the Arduino Power Driver Shield, and there is sample code available.

With a stroke of 10mm, these solenoids are ideal for various motion applications, such as activating door locks, automating percussion instruments, or simply interacting with people.

• At 12V, the solenoids draw 650mA.
• At 36V, they draw 1.85A.

Note: The datasheet indicates a stroke of 25mm, however, we have measured a stroke of 10mm.
