The UW11 HMS is a handle designed for upper and lower lifts. It is primarily used for training the major back muscles and, with proper positioning, for abdominal muscle workouts. The internal handles allow for training the biceps and triceps. The shape of the handle enables a more extensive movement compared to a straight or narrow grip. It allows for greater muscle tension, resulting in more effective training. Its construction ensures perfect hand placement and promotes correct movement. The wide grip distances enable performing exercises at different angles than with a narrow grip. It provides the possibility of effective training and full development of the muscle group. Made of steel, it offers the opportunity to train with significant load. The external handles are set in a neutral position. Thanks to this, during exercise, alternative muscles are activated compared to exercises with a straight grip. The elastic handles ensure a firm and comfortable grip, allowing you to focus on the precise execution of the exercises.
