I have been using it daily for almost a year.

Quite spacious, with 4 storage compartments. 2 in the front, one small at the bottom and one deeper right above it. One at the back with a zipper opening on the side, and the main storage space in the middle.
In the small bottom space, there is a sewn strap with a detachable keychain, useful for quick access to keys, small locks, etc.
In the small top space and the back, there is nothing else.
In the main space, there are 2 dividers for documents, thin notebooks, etc., and a pocket with mesh and a zipper.
There is also a fabric "hook" to secure headset-type earphones, and a plug for a power bank, so you have easy access to it from the outside of the bag since it has a USB port.

Positives
It is made of waterproof synthetic material that cleans very easily. The thick padding on the strap makes it comfortable on the shoulder for several hours. Also, the strap "clips" with an adjustable carabiner (screws and locks so it doesn't open) either on the right or left side of the bag, so you can wear it from whichever side is convenient for you. The detachable keychain frees up your hands daily.
It fits large items, agendas, calendars, tablets, even books.

Negatives
The inner lining is mainly made of very thin synthetic fabric, and at the back, it can easily catch on the zipper and tear.
It doesn't have enough internal compartments, like a pen holder, etc., resulting in you placing many of your contents loosely.
The USB is USELESS as it is micro USB to USB.
