With my previous pots, not only did I have to wait for hours for difficult meals to be ready, but the stove burner—and of course the extractor fan—were working at max (and still not performing fully, meaning I had to wipe water off the kitchen wall tiles).
The payback from this pressure cooker is apparent from the very first use: as soon as it starts boiling and the valve rises, you need to lower the burner to 1/3 of its power (mine goes up to 9, so I set it to 3). Incredible savings. I use the extractor fan very little. Cooking time is less than half compared to a conventional pot. Liquids required for the food: minimal.
The food tastes great, it cooks everything wonderfully.
It’s worth every euro, it gives it back to you and more.

Απίστευτη οικονομία. Απορροφητήρα δουλεύω ελάχιστα. Χρόνος μαγειρέματος, λιγότερος κι από τον μισό σε σχέση με συμβατική κατσαρόλα. Υγρά που απαιτούνται στο φαγητό: ελάχιστα.
Νοστιμιά στο φαγητό, τα βγάζει όλα υπέροχα.

Perfect pressure cooker! For quite some time I was using the Clypso by Tefal. This one is a few levels above. Amazing in speed as it doesn’t have the slightest steam or liquid leak, very practical and easy to lock. Another important thing regarding electricity saving is the size of the base as it fits on the medium burner and heats up just as quickly. After lifting the pressure lock, I set it to 3 (max is 9) and it just cooks. SUPER!
Τέλεια χύτρα!αρκετό καιρό χρησιμοποιούσα την clypso της tefal. Αυτή είναι μερικά lvl πάνω. Φοβερή σε ταχύτητα καθώς δεν έχει την παραμικρή διαρροή ατμού - υγρού, πολύ πρακτικό και εύκολο κούμπωμα. Very good purchase. My time spent in the kitchen for pot cooking has changed 100%. This pressure cooker really made things easier for me, everything is faster and honestly the food comes out tastier... maybe because none of the juices escape during cooking.
The price of the pressure cooker is a bit steep, but it's okay if you consider that it will last for many years... so I don't regret at all that I paid this money.
The construction of the pressure cooker is very high quality, it is heavy and its plastic parts are good. Basically, I don't know if the handle is plastic, but it is of good quality.
I am updating my review--
after about 6 months of use, my pressure cooker developed a problem. When I close the lid and the cooker comes to a boil, it should lock and the indicator should rise, but although the lid closes (it doesn't lock though) and for some reason it doesn't build up pressure. I am forced to open the lid, pull the rubber a bit outward from the handle side, close it again and then the cooker locks and builds up pressure.
I haven't contacted the company yet but I am seriously considering it because it is quite an expensive product and this defect is not justified
Πολύ καλή αγορά. Άλλαξε 100% ο χρόνος παραμονής μου στην κουζίνα για μαγειρέματα κατσαρόλας. Πραγματικά μου έλυσε τα χέρια αυτή η χύτρα, όλα γρήγορα και πραγματικά τα φαγητά βγαίνουν πιο νόστιμα.. ίσως επειδή δεν φεύγουν καθόλου τα ζουμιά την ώρα του μαγειρέματος.
Η τιμή της χύτρας είναι λίγο τσιμπημένη, αλλά εντάξει αν σκεφτείς ότι είναι για πολλά χρόνια .. οπότε δεν στεναχωριέμαι καθόλου ότι τα πλήρωσα τα χρήματα αυτά.
Η κατασκευή της χύτρας είναι πολύ ποιοτική, είναι βαριά και τα πλαστικά της είναι καλά. Βασικά δεν ξέρω το χερούλι αν είναι πλαστικό, όμως είναι καλής ποιότητας.
Συμπληρώνω την αξιολόγηση μου--
μετά από περίπου 6 μήνες χρήσης η χύτρα μου εμφανίστηκε ένα πρόβλημα. Όταν κλείνω το καπάκι και η χύτρα παίρνει βράση δηλαδή θα πρέπει να κλειδώνει και να ανεβαίνει ο δείκτης, ναι μεν κλείνει το καπάκι (δεν κλειδώνει όμως) και για κάποιο λόγο δεν ανεβάζει την πίεση. Αναγκάζομαι να ανοίξω το καπάκι, λίγο τραβάω προς τα έξω το λάστιχο από την πλευρά του χερουλιού την ξανακλεινω και τότε η χύτρα κλειδώνει και ανεβάζει την πίεση.
Δεν έχω απευθυνθεί στην εταιρία ακόμα αλλά σκέφτομαι σοβαρά να το κάνω γιατί είναι αρκετά ακριβό προϊών και δεν δικαιολογείται αυτό το ελάττωμα
There is no comparison with any other product of another brand. In terms of time, ease, and cooking quality of all types of food. The premium for me is worth every last euro compared to the basic one.

It is a very good pressure cooker. It is impressive that once the valve starts to rise (from the yellow color), the pot does not lose any steam at all, thus achieving a fast cooking time. Also, as soon as the yellow appears on the valve, we lower the stove knob to 1 (i.e., to the minimum) from 9, which is the maximum, meaning great savings on electricity. I highly recommend it...

Εντυπωσιακό το γεγονός ότι αφού αρχίζει να ανεβαίνει η βαλβίδα (από το κίτρινο ακόμα χρώμα) στην ουσία το σκεύος δεν χάνει καθόλου ατμό, συνεπώς επιτυγχάνει ταχύ χρόνο μαγειρέματος. Επίσης, μόλις φανεί το κίτρινο στη βαλβίδα κατεβάζουμε το κουμπί του ματιού της κουζίνας στο 1 (δηλ. στο ελάχιστο) από το 9 που είναι το μέγιστο, που σημαίνει μεγάλη οικονομία στο ρεύμα.
Τη συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα...
Quite a good choice. However, it is expensive compared to a Tefal 6-liter, for example. Maybe the company—Fissler—is worth the money for that reason. The employees would know better.
The quality of the pressure cooker seems to be quite good. It has an internal measurement scale from 1-4 liters max. Since I am a vegetarian, I mainly cook legumes, and in the booklet that comes with the pressure cooker, it lists the cooking times. I found that peeled chickpeas (without soaking them), for example, need a bit more time than stated. Legumes in general, according to the booklet, need about 15-17 minutes.
Also, the booklet says that you should not fill the pressure cooker above 3 liters, including liquids, when cooking legumes; because the skins from the legumes block the outlets where the air escapes.
Also, I believe that the 6-liter pressure cooker is enough for 4 or even 5 people, which I calculate at 200g per serving (dry food).
Also, I have an enamel stove with three basic settings for the intensity of each burner. My stove is powerful, so the changes on the cooking indicator with the color functions happen quickly, and you need to be nearby to lower the intensity immediately so it doesn't go from green to red. That is, when it goes from yellow, which is the first stage when heating, to green, on my enamel stove, it almost immediately needs to be lowered to half, from 3 to 1.5 or even 1.
Additionally, the pressure cooker has an extra metal insert that can be used inside the cooker, for example, to steam vegetables. I haven't tried this yet, but it is another feature of the cooker.

Επειδή είμαι χορτοφάγος, κυρίως μαγειρεύω όσπρια, οπού στο βιβλιαράκι, που έρχεται με την χύτρα, λέει τους χρόνους μαγειρέματος. Εγώ βρήκα ότι τα αποφλοιωμένα ρεβίθια (χωρίς να τα έχω μουλιάσει) για παράδειγμα, θέλουν λίγο περισσότερο χρόνο από ότι λέει. Τα όσπρια γενικά, σύμφωνα με το βιβλιαράκι, θέλουν περίπου 15-17 λεπτά.
Ακόμα, το βιβλιαράκι, λέει ότι δεν πρέπει να γεμίζεις την χύτρα πάνω από 3 λίτρα, μαζί με τα υγρά, όταν μαγειρεύεις όσπρια; διότι οι φλοιοί από τα όσπρια μπλοκάρουν τις εξόδους που βγαίνει ο αέρας.
Επίσης, πιστεύω ότι η χύτρα των 6 λύτρων είναι αρκετή για 4 ακόμα και 5 άτομα, που το υπολογίζω με 200γρμ την μερίδα (ξηρής τροφής).
Επίσης, εγώ έχω εμαγιέ εστία με τρεις βασικές διαβαθμίσεις για την ένταση του κάθε ματιού. Είναι δυνατή δηλαδή η κουζίνα μου, και έτσι οι εναλλαγές στον δείκτη μαγειρέματος με τις χρωματικές ΄ λειτουργίες γίνετε γρήγορα και θέλει να είσαι κοντά για να χαμηλώσεις την ένταση άμεσα για να μην πάει από πράσινο σε κόκκινο. Δηλαδή όταν από κίτρινο, πού είναι το πρώτο στάδιο που θερμαίνετε, μπαίνει το πράσινο, στην δική μου εμαγιέ εστία, θέλει σχεδόν αμέσως χαμήλωμα στο μισό, από το 3 στο 1.5 η και στο 1.
Επιπλέον, η χύτρα έχει και ένα έξτρα ένθετο μεταλλικό σκεύος που μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί μέσα στην χύτρα, για να κάνει κάνεις πχ. Λαχανικά στον ατμό. Κάτι που δεν το έχω δοκιμάσει ακόμα, είναι όμως μια ακόμα δυνατότητα της χύτρας.
Είναι φτιαγμένη στη Γερμάνια, όπως αναφέρει εξωτερικά στο πάτο.
Τέλος, την αγόρασα, σχετικά οικονομικά, Οnline από μαγαζί στην Κομοτηνή, και μου ήρθε στο δήμο Δομοκού, πολύ άμεσα.

Unacceptable for a pot that costs so much, after 3 months of use and not frequent, it does not seal properly.
I come back after another 3 months .... It does NOT seal. We took it to an authorized service center, we changed the handle within warranty because it had an issue, and still after 2 cooking sessions, the same thing. It loses steam from the handle, resulting in it not functioning properly and posing a risk. We wasted the money we spent.
απαράδεκτο μια χυτρα που κοστίζει τόσο ακριβά, μετά από 3 μήνες χρήση και όχι συχνή να μην ασφαλίζει σωστά.
Επανέρχομαι μετά από άλλους 3 μήνες .... ΔΕΝ ασφαλίζει. Την πήγανε σε εξουσιοδοτημενο σέρβις, αλλάξαμε χερούλι εντός εγγύησης γιατί είχε θέμα , και πάλι μετά από 2 μαγειρέματα τα ίδια. Χάνει ατμό από το χερούλι, με αποτέλεσμα να μην λειτουργεί σωστά και να υπάρχει κίνδυνος. Τζάμπα τα λεφτά που δώσαμε.

Απίστευτη οικονομία. Απορροφητήρα δουλεύω ελάχιστα. Χρόνος μαγειρέματος, λιγότερος κι από τον μισό σε σχέση με συμβατική κατσαρόλα. Υγρά που απαιτούνται στο φαγητό: ελάχιστα.
Νοστιμιά στο φαγητό, τα βγάζει όλα υπέροχα.
Αξίζει κάθε ευρώ της, στο δίνει πίσω και με το παραπάνω.

Perfect pressure cooker! For quite some time I was using the Clypso by Tefal. This one is a few levels above. Amazing in speed as it doesn’t have the slightest steam or liquid leak, very practical and easy to lock. Another important thing regarding electricity saving is the size of the base as it fits on the medium burner and heats up just as quickly. After lifting the pressure lock, I set it to 3 (max is 9) and it just cooks. SUPER!

Very good purchase. My time spent in the kitchen for pot cooking has changed 100%. This pressure cooker really made things easier for me, everything is faster and honestly the food comes out tastier... maybe because none of the juices escape during cooking.
The price of the pressure cooker is a bit steep, but it's okay if you consider that it will last for many years... so I don't regret at all that I paid this money.
The construction of the pressure cooker is very high quality, it is heavy and its plastic parts are good. Basically, I don't know if the handle is plastic, but it is of good quality.
I am updating my review--
after about 6 months of use, my pressure cooker developed a problem. When I close the lid and the cooker comes to a boil, it should lock and the indicator should rise, but although the lid closes (it doesn't lock though) and for some reason it doesn't build up pressure. I am forced to open the lid, pull the rubber a bit outward from the handle side, close it again and then the cooker locks and builds up pressure.
I haven't contacted the company yet but I am seriously considering it because it is quite an expensive product and this defect is not justified
Πολύ καλή αγορά. Άλλαξε 100% ο χρόνος παραμονής μου στην κουζίνα για μαγειρέματα κατσαρόλας. Πραγματικά μου έλυσε τα χέρια αυτή η χύτρα, όλα γρήγορα και πραγματικά τα φαγητά βγαίνουν πιο νόστιμα.. ίσως επειδή δεν φεύγουν καθόλου τα ζουμιά την ώρα του μαγειρέματος.
Η τιμή της χύτρας είναι λίγο τσιμπημένη, αλλά εντάξει αν σκεφτείς ότι είναι για πολλά χρόνια .. οπότε δεν στεναχωριέμαι καθόλου ότι τα πλήρωσα τα χρήματα αυτά.
Η κατασκευή της χύτρας είναι πολύ ποιοτική, είναι βαριά και τα πλαστικά της είναι καλά. Βασικά δεν ξέρω το χερούλι αν είναι πλαστικό, όμως είναι καλής ποιότητας.
Συμπληρώνω την αξιολόγηση μου--
μετά από περίπου 6 μήνες χρήσης η χύτρα μου εμφανίστηκε ένα πρόβλημα. Όταν κλείνω το καπάκι και η χύτρα παίρνει βράση δηλαδή θα πρέπει να κλειδώνει και να ανεβαίνει ο δείκτης, ναι μεν κλείνει το καπάκι (δεν κλειδώνει όμως) και για κάποιο λόγο δεν ανεβάζει την πίεση. Αναγκάζομαι να ανοίξω το καπάκι, λίγο τραβάω προς τα έξω το λάστιχο από την πλευρά του χερουλιού την ξανακλεινω και τότε η χύτρα κλειδώνει και ανεβάζει την πίεση.
Δεν έχω απευθυνθεί στην εταιρία ακόμα αλλά σκέφτομαι σοβαρά να το κάνω γιατί είναι αρκετά ακριβό προϊών και δεν δικαιολογείται αυτό το ελάττωμα

It is a very good pressure cooker. It is impressive that once the valve starts to rise (from the yellow color), the pot does not lose any steam at all, thus achieving a fast cooking time. Also, as soon as the yellow appears on the valve, we lower the stove knob to 1 (i.e., to the minimum) from 9, which is the maximum, meaning great savings on electricity. I highly recommend it...

Εντυπωσιακό το γεγονός ότι αφού αρχίζει να ανεβαίνει η βαλβίδα (από το κίτρινο ακόμα χρώμα) στην ουσία το σκεύος δεν χάνει καθόλου ατμό, συνεπώς επιτυγχάνει ταχύ χρόνο μαγειρέματος. Επίσης, μόλις φανεί το κίτρινο στη βαλβίδα κατεβάζουμε το κουμπί του ματιού της κουζίνας στο 1 (δηλ. στο ελάχιστο) από το 9 που είναι το μέγιστο, που σημαίνει μεγάλη οικονομία στο ρεύμα.
Τη συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα...
Quite a good choice. However, it is expensive compared to a Tefal 6-liter, for example. Maybe the company—Fissler—is worth the money for that reason. The employees would know better.
The quality of the pressure cooker seems to be quite good. It has an internal measurement scale from 1-4 liters max. Since I am a vegetarian, I mainly cook legumes, and in the booklet that comes with the pressure cooker, it lists the cooking times. I found that peeled chickpeas (without soaking them), for example, need a bit more time than stated. Legumes in general, according to the booklet, need about 15-17 minutes.
Also, the booklet says that you should not fill the pressure cooker above 3 liters, including liquids, when cooking legumes; because the skins from the legumes block the outlets where the air escapes.
Also, I believe that the 6-liter pressure cooker is enough for 4 or even 5 people, which I calculate at 200g per serving (dry food).
Also, I have an enamel stove with three basic settings for the intensity of each burner. My stove is powerful, so the changes on the cooking indicator with the color functions happen quickly, and you need to be nearby to lower the intensity immediately so it doesn't go from green to red. That is, when it goes from yellow, which is the first stage when heating, to green, on my enamel stove, it almost immediately needs to be lowered to half, from 3 to 1.5 or even 1.
Additionally, the pressure cooker has an extra metal insert that can be used inside the cooker, for example, to steam vegetables. I haven't tried this yet, but it is another feature of the cooker.

Εγώ βρήκα ότι τα αποφλοιωμένα ρεβίθια (χωρίς να τα έχω μουλιάσει) για παράδειγμα, θέλουν λίγο περισσότερο χρόνο από ότι λέει. Τα όσπρια γενικά, σύμφωνα με το βιβλιαράκι, θέλουν περίπου 15-17 λεπτά.
Ακόμα, το βιβλιαράκι, λέει ότι δεν πρέπει να γεμίζεις την χύτρα πάνω από 3 λίτρα, μαζί με τα υγρά, όταν μαγειρεύεις όσπρια; διότι οι φλοιοί από τα όσπρια μπλοκάρουν τις εξόδους που βγαίνει ο αέρας.
Επίσης, πιστεύω ότι η χύτρα των 6 λύτρων είναι αρκετή για 4 ακόμα και 5 άτομα, που το υπολογίζω με 200γρμ την μερίδα (ξηρής τροφής).
Επίσης, εγώ έχω εμαγιέ εστία με τρεις βασικές διαβαθμίσεις για την ένταση του κάθε ματιού. Είναι δυνατή δηλαδή η κουζίνα μου, και έτσι οι εναλλαγές στον δείκτη μαγειρέματος με τις χρωματικές ΄ λειτουργίες γίνετε γρήγορα και θέλει να είσαι κοντά για να χαμηλώσεις την ένταση άμεσα για να μην πάει από πράσινο σε κόκκινο. Δηλαδή όταν από κίτρινο, πού είναι το πρώτο στάδιο που θερμαίνετε, μπαίνει το πράσινο, στην δική μου εμαγιέ εστία, θέλει σχεδόν αμέσως χαμήλωμα στο μισό, από το 3 στο 1.5 η και στο 1.
Επιπλέον, η χύτρα έχει και ένα έξτρα ένθετο μεταλλικό σκεύος που μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί μέσα στην χύτρα, για να κάνει κάνεις πχ. Λαχανικά στον ατμό. Κάτι που δεν το έχω δοκιμάσει ακόμα, είναι όμως μια ακόμα δυνατότητα της χύτρας.
Είναι φτιαγμένη στη Γερμάνια, όπως αναφέρει εξωτερικά στο πάτο.
Τέλος, την αγόρασα, σχετικά οικονομικά, Οnline από μαγαζί στην Κομοτηνή, και μου ήρθε στο δήμο Δομοκού, πολύ άμεσα.

Unacceptable for a pot that costs so much, after 3 months of use and not frequent, it does not seal properly.
I come back after another 3 months .... It does NOT seal. We took it to an authorized service center, we changed the handle within warranty because it had an issue, and still after 2 cooking sessions, the same thing. It loses steam from the handle, resulting in it not functioning properly and posing a risk. We wasted the money we spent.
απαράδεκτο μια χυτρα που κοστίζει τόσο ακριβά, μετά από 3 μήνες χρήση και όχι συχνή να μην ασφαλίζει σωστά.
Επανέρχομαι μετά από άλλους 3 μήνες .... ΔΕΝ ασφαλίζει. Την πήγανε σε εξουσιοδοτημενο σέρβις, αλλάξαμε χερούλι εντός εγγύησης γιατί είχε θέμα , και πάλι μετά από 2 μαγειρέματα τα ίδια. Χάνει ατμό από το χερούλι, με αποτέλεσμα να μην λειτουργεί σωστά και να υπάρχει κίνδυνος. Τζάμπα τα λεφτά που δώσαμε.

One of the best INVESTMENTS I have made for my kitchen and my household budget.
With my previous pots, not only did I have to wait for hours for difficult meals to be ready, but the stove burner—and of course the extractor fan—were working at max (and still not performing fully, meaning I had to wipe water off the kitchen wall tiles).
The payback from this pressure cooker is apparent from the very first use: as soon as it starts boiling and the valve rises, you need to lower the burner to 1/3 of its power (mine goes up to 9, so I set it to 3). Incredible savings. I use the extractor fan very little. Cooking time is less than half compared to a conventional pot. Liquids required for the food: minimal.
The food tastes great, it cooks everything wonderfully.
It’s worth every euro, it gives it back to you and more.
