The rating would have been much better if its mechanism hadn't broken down within 1.5 years. I bought it in December 24 and by May 26 the On/off button stopped working. It's a pity because it was excellent in terms of use and its functions.

Day and night compared to a conventional toothbrush when it comes to cleaning teeth. The battery is just okay; with brushing twice a day, I charge it from Sunday night to Monday morning. Of the features, the helpful ones are the short pause it makes to switch sides of the teeth and the timer that mentally makes you brush your teeth more correctly in terms of time, as well as the light that indicates if you are brushing too hard or less than desired. That's it; otherwise, the app and the rest are for the very meticulous and take up a lot of time with unnecessary information, making you lose the point since its job is to brush your teeth. If I bought it again, the important features for me are also available in cheaper models of the series.

The difference with the conventional toothbrush is huge, regarding the battery issue that I have seen quite a few comments about, I have not encountered any problem at all, the only problem is that it disconnects from the charger

The perfect system from model 3 onwards is very good, especially this one here, the six, which also has a screen and an app on your phone where you can see many things. It has five programs, a replacement package, and a case for two replacement storage units, a charger, and a very nice app on your phone. It shows you exactly the time you brush, the side you have completed, and where you still need to focus for thorough teeth cleaning, in great detail

Powerful toothbrush, with nice design and informative indications on its screen. Using it twice a day, I charge it once a week, if that... The mobile app is good for a start and for initial guidance, but I prefer it to vibrate every 30 seconds so I can switch sides, rather than brushing while looking at the time on the phone.

Unfortunately, I have a problem with its battery. It doesn't charge properly and the indicator no longer works. It's a shame for so much money. While it was working properly, I was very satisfied but unfortunately it lasted very little

The toothbrush is excellent. It gives you motivation to be consistent. The results are measurable at the dentist. The only thing that bothers me is that the replacement brush heads don't have colored rings to distinguish them as a family. Something that exists in the simple models. I don't understand it... do we all have to buy one each??????

The battery is not good at all. I had the previous model and I didn't have a problem. From the beginning I noticed it was draining quickly; now, after a year, it always needs to be on the charger.

This is the second one (fortunately still under warranty) that I will have to replace within 1 year of ownership. There is an issue with the battery and after 50% it drains suddenly, resulting in it letting me down on several short trips where I didn't take the charger with me. Also, charging is quite slow (full charge takes 12 hours) for the approximately 10 days it lasts. Other than that, it works very well at its job and I haven't had any issues with cleaning it as others have mentioned (I wipe it from water every time)

The first one had a faulty battery. They replaced it for me and after 1 year it stopped charging. Also, in general, it discharges very easily and does not charge quickly. Wasted money

The toothbrush seems fine after 1 month of use. I believe the upgrade to the io series is worth it; you can see a difference in brushing and in how clean your teeth feel. The only negative, of minor importance, is the quality of the case, which is neither made of good material nor holds the toothbrush and brush head properly, as they "move around" inside the case when shaken. I think that for a 100 euro toothbrush they could have included something better; I almost deducted a star for this...

Excellent choice, I had an old electric toothbrush and my dentist recommended that I get the io6 or the 7. I got the 6 because of the price and I am absolutely satisfied, the cleaning of the teeth is perfect, painless, pleasant and it makes you want to brush them for a longer time!

very good with quite a few programs, the only downside is that it takes 8 to 10 hours to charge 100%, and another thing which I don't know if it's a defect, I just brush my teeth and it sometimes makes some interruptions here and there

the battery goes down at about 4-7% per 3 minute use, at night again and it's -10-15% in 1 day and the charging claims 3 hours, it takes about 8 hours to even get full. Either I got a bad one or it's just a bad toothbrush in general because if I use intense mode for 3 minutes or 4 it goes down by 10-11% in 1 single use... this makes no sense at all anyone else have the the same problem?

I would like the bundle to always include the stand for the heads. I believe at this price it should always be included

Sincer nu ma asteptam sa imi placa asa de mult aceasta periuta electrica, am mai incercat si in trecut alte modele si am crezut ca nu o sa mai folosesc niciodata, am luat o la insistentele fetelor si nu regret nici o secunda !

Amazing product, first of all let me start with the A.I which is excellent along with the Oral-B app, secondly the design is quite good, definitely better than the older models. I will update in 3 months for a full review.

I had the simple vitality! It's like day and night in cleaning! The purchase is worth it with closed eyes!

It may be expensive, but the work it provides is incomparable to the traditional cheaper range.

I chose it because it is the most affordable of the oral b series with a pressure sensor.. (I bought it for about 85€)..
I had a terrible issue as I was brushing my teeth with a lot of force and they hurt me every day...

Unfortunately, I bought it in December 2022 and today it suddenly stopped working. It says the battery is empty. Even though a little while ago it showed 100% charged.

Bought in the summer of 2022, broke in the spring of 2023 with regular use! The previous PHILIPS one I had lasted for 7 years... Unacceptable user experience and charging notification compared to Philips, no warning except when it was completely discharged. Also, is it possible in 2022 to need a separate charger when EVERYTHING charges via USB??? You go on a trip, you take only one charger for your laptop, tablet, phone, headphones, etc., and a separate one for the toothbrush??? Also, I believe, again compared to Philips, that the result on the teeth was worse. From my side, it's a huge NO in terms of usability, effectiveness, reliability.

It is a very good toothbrush!!! I have had it for a month and it does its job perfectly. There is no difference from the 7, 8, and 9, it is exactly the same, only the others have a tongue cleaning program, but that is not so important. I switched from a regular Oral B to Oral B io and there is a big difference in tooth cleaning.
