High-quality product that does not compromise the reinforcement of concrete but provides anti-corrosion protection with special VCI technology raw materials. It is equally effective on floors, walls, or ceilings.

The HIGHPLAST mortar sets and hardens quickly at room temperature, providing a surface with a significant degree of hardness within a few hours after application.

The product complies with the requirements of the European standard EN 1504 related to repair mortars. The GLORIA HIGHPLAST is characterized by:

The product is used for:

• Coating exposed concrete reinforcement due to oxidative corrosion or frost and subsequent cracking.
• Filling missing sections in masonry or stone structures.
• Restoring damage to floors (potholes or settling from earthquakes or wear due to traffic).
• Anchoring, fixing, sealing holes.
• Damaged edges and corners on balconies and parapets.
• Corners in load-bearing sections (columns, beams, lintels, supports, etc.).

Usage Instructions

Surface preparation: GLORIA HIGHPLAST is applied on stabilized and durable substrates preferably rough.

Remove decayed or broken and loosely held sections. Clean the surface of dust, dirt, debris, or any other impurities. Also, remove dowels or fasteners. Brush exposed reinforcement with a wire brush and wipe away any created filings. Lightly moisten with water or a mixture of water & GLORIA emulsion enhancer in a 1:1 weight ratio.

Preparing the mix: Add the amount of GLORIA HIGHPLAST to water and mix well until a homogeneous paste without lumps is formed. The mixing time with a drill is usually 1 to 2 minutes. Wait 2 to 3 minutes, then use it.

You have approximately 15 minutes to apply the paste at room temperature (20 to 23°C). Afterward, the setting accelerates, and any thinning of the mass with water is not allowed; rather, you should prepare a new amount discarding the hardened one.

Application: Use a suitable smooth spatula or trowel. Consider the working time (see above) and spread the material in the repair area.

Mixing ratio: Consider that one 25-kilogram bag of GLORIA HIGHPLAST requires 4.2 – 4.5 liters of clean water.
