1st day of use. In the first 5 minutes it started to take effect and after 3 more minutes I took it off because I couldn't stand the heat, it created something like a burn as if I was sunburned! Anyway, it does an amazing job!

It doesn't particularly relieve pain. It provides some support to the neck but the feeling is a bit uncomfortable.

I bought this product after the recommendation of the local orthopedic store I visited... I can say that so far, having used it 2-4 times, I am quite satisfied.. It takes about 5 minutes to start heating, but then it holds and you have it for as long as you can stand it.. It seems to be made of good quality material, which is very positive, and it sits very nicely on the neck without any issues... So far, everything is good; if I notice something different as I read in other reviews, I will come back to share my opinion more comprehensively. Anyway, it relaxes me quite a bit..!

To heat it, you clean it with a wet cloth after each use!!!!!! It burns just fine, I've had it for a year and it hasn't suffered anything, I was saved from dizziness and neck pain

Well, let me talk to you about the collar and the Nanotechnology it has..... After many uses, it doesn't burn the same way as in the beginning and before I bought the collar, I read the reviews and most people had this complaint that after many uses it burns less in the neck area.. The solution is one...! If you have chili at home or oregano, you simply put it in the red spot of the collar and it becomes like new.... Nanotechnology!

The product is garbage. It doesn't live up to what it claims to do. It provides relief for a few hours and then nothing. It's better to use a plaster or lion cream.

I have had it for three months, the first few times I used it I felt a very intense burning sensation (like I had put on a plaster) which I couldn't tolerate for long. Now, no matter how I position it (tight, loose, etc.), it DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Money wasted.

Honestly, I don't understand those who write that it doesn't generate heat. You have to wear the collar for at least ten minutes for the heat to start. As someone who has neck hollows, I already feel tremendous relief. It is much better than the creams I used to apply. It is worth every penny of the 15 euros I bought it for at the pharmacy.

It does the job. The only downside is that it scratches after a little use in the middle. It could have two bars to be more durable.

In the first half hour, I felt a very slight warmth when I started cycling wearing it, I caught fire from the heat it emitted! At that point, my neck turned red.. as if I was wearing a plaster and I felt relief (even though I had neck surgery years ago) but it is still the first day I wear it and the difference will be seen later. The extent to which this is therapeutic depends on the condition obviously... Among the sizes, the M is good even for men, I would say that the XL is rather for overweight people. In conclusion, I think it's worth 20€

It didn't offer anything. It barely generates any heat, in 2 days it didn't warm up at all. It doesn't provide support, it's made of hard material and it's uncomfortable. The 20 euros were wasted.

Owner for almost 2 weeks and I can say that I have been relieved from pains around the neck and head.. I have never written anything about a product before.. even though I didn't believe it, I was finally proven right!

I have had it for a week and my headaches and dizziness, which I had due to my neck, have stopped. They sent it to me the next day and they made a size change for free! It is definitely a value for money product.

Within 5 minutes, you feel as if you have applied lion's ointment. It warms the area very well, and even after taking it off for another 5-8 minutes, you continue to feel its warmth. I got it for the headache that torments me and I found relief from the first hour. The best product for me! Now, whenever my head starts to hurt, I immediately use the Kepler collar.
