I'm sorry, but unfortunately I don't have anything good to say here, even though I have been very satisfied with other products from the company. Previously, they had a different packaging for this specific candle, it was a red glass of very good quality, I still have it and use it for water regularly, when the candle was finished I had washed and cleaned it. The current packaging, however, is terrible in my opinion, a jar with a wooden lid. Here you can see what happened to the bottom, the glass let's say, after the whole candle burned, the plastic that they have stuck on the side melted, which besides being a very bad design, I consider it also dangerous. The glass turned black. The candle smelled like melomakarono when it was extinguished, but only if you literally put your nose on it. As soon as you lit it, it didn't give any smell in the room, but it produced a lot of smoke to the point of causing coughing. Never mind, I thought, let me just keep the window slightly open. However, as the wick got smaller, the situation with the smoke got worse, when it was less than an inch, I went to the balcony to extinguish it and be done with it, you can't imagine how long it emitted black smoke.

Η τωρινή ωστόσο συσκευασία είναι άθλια κατά τη γνώμη μου, ένα βάζο με ξύλινο καπάκι. Εδώ βλέπετε πως έγινε το κάτω μέρος, το ποτήρι ας πούμε, αφού κάηκε ολόκληρο το κερί, έλιωσε το πλαστικό που έχουν κολλήσει στο πλάι, που εκτός από πολύ κακό σχεδιασμό το θεωρώ επιπλέον και επικίνδυνο. Το ποτήρι μαύρισε. Από μυρωδιά το κερί μύριζε πράγματι μελομακάρονο όσο ήταν σβηστό, αλλά μόνο αν κολλούσες κυριολεκτικά τη μύτη σου πάνω του. Μόλις το άναβες, δεν έδινε καμία μυρωδιά στο χώρο, έβγαζε όμως πολύ καπνό σε σημείο να σου προκαλεί βήχα. Δεν πειράζει λέω, ας έχω και λίγο ανοιχτό το παράθυρο. Όσο όμως μίκραινε το φιτίλι, τόσο χειροτέρευε η κατάσταση με τον καπνό, όταν είχε μείνει μικρότερο από ένα εκατοστό πήγα στο μπαλκόνι να το σβήσω να τελειώνουμε, δε μπορείτε να φανταστείτε πόση ώρα έβγαζε μαύρο καπνό.

Overall, I love the aloe plus! I have bought creams, etc. for the first time I bought a candle. Unfortunately, it disappointed me because it hardly smells at all and it certainly does not smell like melomakarono as the girl at the store where I bought it told me with certainty. Also, it is a bit expensive (I bought it for 13€) especially for its scent.

Επίσης είναι λίγο ακριβούτσικο (13€ το αγόρασα) ειδικά για τη μυρωδιά του.
