I've been taking it for about 15 days, unfortunately I had gained 4 kilos before and I've seen very little difference. If I don't get tired, I don't feel any pain at all in my hip. I'm sure if I lose the weight I gained and another 5 kilos, I will see a big difference. I will take it for life because I have significant damage to the cartilage in my hip and I hope to have some regeneration, even a little, so I don't have to undergo surgery.
