I buy it repeatedly. It helps with cramps from exercise, period pain, and sleep quality. I recommend it everywhere. For people who experience reflux from effervescent magnesium (it happened to me), the pill is the ideal solution. It is also small and easy to swallow.

I have taken various magnesium supplements, usually changing every 2 months. This particular product caused me stomach issues. In addition, I was having nightmares every night, and my sleep was bad (I was taking 2 pills before bed). The same happened to my husband, who snored excessively while taking it. It gave me cramps even though I never had them before. Terrible product. As soon as I stopped it, I recovered. The company has good products, but in this case, it failed miserably.

Be careful with your daily magnesium intake because if you take more than you can handle, you will have stomach pains and will be going to the bathroom constantly. Nevertheless, I think it works

Very poor quality magnesium oxide, which can only help with constipation, but even there you should rather prefer the so-called milk of magnesia, with clearly better results. This magnesium is NOT absorbed nor does it offer even the minimum benefits that more expensive forms such as glycinate, pidolate, taurate, malate, and threonate offer for those who know. Really, choose something else and don't give them another euro.

Those who have a deficiency of magnesium and vitamins, I highly recommend it. I have been using it for years. One pill before sleep is enough for the day, especially when you have a lack of water in your body and you get cramps in your sleep; this will satisfy you quite a bit to full.

It is a shame for any company to sell magnesium in oxide form. And this is because its absorption is very low (probably around 4%), resulting in it being practically useful only for the treatment of constipation.

I have crazy cramps every day, so I have tried everything from Magnesium. Solgar's is weak; I have to take 3 to 4 pills a day to cover me so I don't have cramps. I have settled on Quest Synergistic +B6, which covers me with 1 or 2 pills a day. Solgar's also has a larger size and side effects, while with Quest I don't have such issues. (If the body gets used to it after a few days, they have fewer side effects (e.g., weird stomach, etc.). So I agree with the negative comments and understand those who say it does nothing because you really have to take 3 to 4 to cover you (and they are huge pills!)

Very good product. It helps a lot with sleep and relaxation. Even more so with cramps. Every night I had cramps. So when I forget to take it, I have them again.

Weak and pointless. Almost no difference whether you get it or not. Wasted money. Zero value for money here from Solgar. No comparison to other products of the company honestly. Perhaps by far the worst magnesium on the market regardless of the company. Also with titanium dioxide. Stay away. ._

Quite a good supplement. I feel more rested compared to before and my magnesium levels during my exams were at a pretty good level. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs it.

I started taking it as a dietary supplement for menstrual pain and since then I haven't needed to take any painkillers again.

To get the 400mg of magnesium, which is the daily dose, you need to take 3 tablets (and in this case, you are taking huge amounts of B6 every day). So here they give us magnesium for a month and something. Of course, you don't need to take 3 tablets, you can take just one. The truth is that we don't need 400mg of magnesium as a supplement since we get some amount from our diet. It is cheap because it is magnesium in the form of oxide, a cheap magnesium with low absorption. That's why its price is low. Prefer the citrate form. Even better is the glycinate form.
