It's just fine, guys, you just need to keep it steady on your forehead and press the button to take the measurement. Do it two or three times to be sure and you're good. If you want absolute accuracy, then go for a classic thermometer or more expensive models like the ones doctors use.

Far and dear. It forced me to do experiments with a ruler. Distance 0cm=39.2, distance 1cm=38.7, distance 2cm=38, distance 3cm=36.6. Totally off! You might say I got a defective one, from such a big company. And of course, Skroutz did not accept a return because I threw away the packaging.

For a forehead thermometer, which always has deviations, I guess it's ok for its price, which is not even worth paying for this. It is always at least half a degree below the actual temperature and can reach up to -0.8 deviation. Only at 36.6-37 is it accurate. I have an Omron electronic armpit thermometer that takes ten minutes but is accurate based on the child's condition and is consistent in its readings. I prefer this one even for nighttime measurements while the child is sleeping. I give two stars because at least it's fast and if you keep in mind that it reads lower by that much, you can understand whether there is a fever or not.

It almost never shows the same temperature. It just shows approximately how much when there is a fever. Not accurate at all. It cannot replace the classic old thermometer which is no longer available. Just for toddlers who won't sit still to be measured, you get an approximate idea of how much they have.

It shows normal readings up to 37.2, it may indicate that this is the temperature, but with a parallel measurement using a regular thermometer it is at 36.6, so I believe it has a large deviation unfortunately because its use is very easy... maybe it's only convenient for fever when you can't easily measure a child at night, just to get an idea.
