  • Easy installation in the PCIe x1.0 slot. Fast speeds.
Used as a secondary drive and not for boot.

I installed it in a PCIe x1 slot and the read and write speeds it gave me are 876Mbps and 834Mbps respectively!

It was installed in a PCIe x1 slot and works at very good speeds (640Mb/sec) from onboard m.2 -> PCIe x1 m.2

It was installed in a PCIe Gen 2.0 x4 slot with a Samsung 980 NVME, and it has READ speeds of 1600MB/sec and WRITE speeds of 1500 MB/sec, while the SSD 870 EVO in the same system with SATA3 has speeds of 556 and 377 respectively. We are talking about a huge difference. My motherboard is old and does not support PCIe boot, so I use it for virtual memory in Windows and to load applications from there, so I definitely gain a lot in terms of speed. This card is definitely worth getting in any case, and even with a cheap NVME drive, you will see a huge difference in speed.
