Before using the card, install the sata drivers (asmedia) found on the mini-cd... Even on Win10. Otherwise, Windows won't start.
When I bought it, I had doubts (due to the description from Data-Media) whether it is 6Gb/s or 3Gb/s. It turns out it is indeed Sata III (6Gb/s).
It is tiny (really tiny).
It comes with:
a) Low profile bracket
b) Mini-CD with the drivers
c) 2 Sata III cables
Supports Bootable HDD/SSD
And because every detail matters... I got it to put it in a very old machine that had Sata II and the card seems to do the job.
The card is VFM (value for money) and the three stars only because I would have liked it to support 4 instead of just 2 drives.
Since I have just started using it, I might come back for more information after a few weeks.
