Unacceptable company. We bought 2 rugs last year, 160*230 puffy collection. The house was filled with hairs as if we had a pet and we didn't know where they were coming from at first. In the end, we realized it was from the rugs. One of them shed a lot and the other one a little. We had them washed according to the instructions. This year, we laid them out again and the problem continued. We took them back to the store where we bought them. The manager saw them and the one with the biggest issue was sent for inspection at the factory. Of course, they didn't acknowledge any responsibility and blamed the cleaning process. They definitely lost a customer. If they were a proper company, since, as they claimed, this has never happened to them before, they should have proceeded with a replacement, considering that the cost of replacing just one rug for a factory is minimal. I'm sorry.

Underneath it has latex and doesn't slip on the floor! Another one I had without latex didn't stay in place on the floor and now I have it as a decoration on the armchair.
