LM2596 DC-DC Step-down Adjustable CC/CV Power Supply Module Converter LED driver
- Constant adjustable current light flow at 0.1 times the value of the constant flow (charging to determine if the battery is full)
- Enhanced protection from reverse input polarity
- Use of a special reference integrated circuit and high-precision sampling resistor for more stable constant flow (from 20 to 100 degrees, the constant flow at 1A with a temperature deviation of less than 1%)
- Suitable for LED driver
- Driving high-power LED with a constant flow
- Lithium charger (including ferromagnetic)
- Battery charger for 4V, 6V, 12V, 14V, 24V
- Nickel-cadmium and nickel-metal hydride battery charger
- Solar panels and wind turbines

Using with batteries:
- Ensure the voltage and flow of the battery you need to charge
- Adjust the constant voltage regulator so the output is the same as the charging voltage
- Regulator adjustment direction: Clockwise torque (increase), counterclockwise (decrease)
- Use the multimeter on the 10A scale to measure the short-circuit flow and adjust the flow regulator to ensure that the output flow is the expected charging flow
- The charging lamp current is preset to 0.1 times the charging flow
- Connect the battery and test the charging
Using as a constant current LED driver:
- Ensure the operating flow and the maximum operating voltage of the LED you need
- Adjust the constant voltage regulator so the output reaches the maximum operating voltage of the LED
- Use the multimeter to measure the short-circuit flow and adjust the flow regulator to ensure that the flow is as expected for the LED operation
- Connect the LED, test
Application field:
- Charging lithium-ion batteries when the battery voltage is low. Initially use constant current charging before constant voltage to avoid battery damage due to excessive pressure.
- The charging curve shows the voltage and flow.
