I am a hospital doctor and I need a relatively accurate oximeter in measurements and to be sensitive enough to recognize pulse and oxygen measurement in people with low blood pressure, for example in the emergency department. I bought it last week influenced by the good reviews, but it showed almost no measurement in any patient with relatively weak pulse, it was like I didn't have an oximeter, so I stopped using it. Very bad experience and definitely not worth the money (bought for around 32 euros). Before, I had a choicemmed MD300c, very satisfied, bought it in 2016 for 41 euros, it worked perfectly even with excessive and usually poor handling. I lost it in the hospital, so I will probably have to buy the same old model after 6 years.
