As for the build quality, it looks good. The buttons are quite "clicky" with a nice feel, a firm dpad, and relatively hard buttons. The joysticks are convenient and the slight indentation they have provides accuracy in movement. A plus is that it also comes with an extra taller joystick for FPS games that require precise movements. The two programmable buttons on the back may accidentally be pressed during gameplay (I don't know if I will personally map them, but it's good that they exist). The cable is quite long, although I haven't tested it with headphones yet. It definitely doesn't have features like rumble and gyroscope, but for 25€, I don't think it will disappoint.
