Recommended Dosage

  • 1 to 2 tablets daily, with juice or water rather than milk.
  • Amino acids are better absorbed when taken half an hour before meals or bedtime.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
  • Assimilation time: Less than 1 hour.
