It is indeed bulky compared to other tabletop ones BUT it works perfectly and you can see the dust being sucked up by the fan instantly. There were very few residues left on the table and it has a very large bag compared to the amount of dust it can collect, which is much more convenient than the others that have a filter that needs frequent changing. I recommend it with my eyes closed
