The El Diamant coating, made from mineral particles, guarantees extremely healthy cooking without the use of fat at low or medium temperatures, preserving the nutritional values of the food.

Care and usage instructions:
  • Wash the cookware with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge.
  • Dry thoroughly and apply butter or oil.
  • Do not heat the cookware while empty.
  • Do not leave the cookware on the fire while the contents have evaporated.
  • Continuous overheating may damage the coating.
