One of the few that actually work and work quickly (meaning you can eat the product with lactose and take the lactase at the same time) and not have to take lactase earlier for it to take effect.
A plus is that you don't even need water to swallow it since it's extremely small. Not to mention the box is small and easy to carry. It only lasts a few hours though (max 3 I believe) but you can have the most dairy-rich product and be just fine!
