The fully certified TorqueVario®-S VDE torque system offers fully controlled screw tightening combined with safety for electronic applications. The tool set contains an ergonomically shaped torque screwdriver handle with integrated numerical scale, 9 slimBits, a bit holder, the adjustment tool, as well as a screwdriver with electric slimVario SoftFinish® bit holder for slimBits. All components are practically and clearly arranged in a high-quality, durable bag, including the manufacturer's inspection process report. The VDE torque screwdriver covers a wide range of applications with a variably adjustable torque range between 0.8 and 5.0 Nm. A purely acoustic, physically perceptible signal emitted during torque production guarantees mechanical torque with process safety, protecting materials from damage and eliminating the need for repeated checks. With a release accuracy of +/-6%, the torque tool complies with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 6789. The insulated ClicFix bit holder guarantees a secure hold for 75 mm slimBits thanks to the mechanical blade locking. Both the torque screwdriver and the slimBits undergo routine testing according to the international standard IEC 60900, allowing users to work safely on live parts up to 1,000 V AC.
