The instant water heater is a type of water heater that heats water in real-time. It only heats the water that passes through it at that moment. There is no hot water storage tank. This has many advantages, such as energy savings, since only the water that is used is heated, and longer lifespan, as there is no water tank and no accumulation of salts on the resistance and other components.
It operates with electricity and is single-phase.
The instant water heater has a cold water inlet pipe, which passes through the resistance, heats up, and exits through the hot water outlet pipe. A necessary condition for the instant water heater to initially operate is the pressure of the incoming cold water should not be too low.
The water temperature is regulated by a thermostat, so it does not exceed a maximum value. The temperatures that the hot water reaches are preset so that one can use the hot water directly, without needing to mix it with cold water.
The maximum temperature that can be reached for hot water production is 60 °C, while the maximum water flow rate reaches up to 10 liters per minute. Indicatively, 38-42 °C degrees are standard for shower use.

My mother's solar water heater broke, and she lives alone, so I got this as a temporary solution. Very cheap construction, but it does the job. Now how long it will last, we'll see. For the money I paid, it's EXCELLENT. The temperature setting is done by adjusting the water flow: the more water passes through the resistance, the less hot it is (because it comes into contact with it for less time). At full water flow, it gives around 30-32 degrees of warm water at a satisfactory flow (for a shower).
