UPDATE. during the first use of it for storing pizza dough, I must admit that it left me quite satisfied as the quality of the plastic helped a lot in detaching the dough (ball). In previous utensils I used such as trays, pyrex and other plastics, they stuck even though I put a lot of oil or flour (which changes the moisture percentage of the dough).
