Personally, I didn't see it helping me anywhere. I do aerobic exercise for an hour every day and follow a reduced quantity diet, etc., and I lost 2 kilos in a month. I believe that even without CLA, I would have lost 2 kilos in a month just with exercise and diet. After those 2 kilos, I'm stuck again and not losing any more.

I use CLA only for maintenance and toning during the summer. I don't have a problem with weight loss, I exercise a lot and watch my diet. For this kind of use, it's fine.

The positives:
Although I was disappointed when I opened the package (I thought I finally found small pills, as shown in the white packaging), the consumption is easy. It's the first time I find such soft pills, so they go down very easily. So, if you have a problem, they won't give you a hard time.

The negatives:
The dosage of the two pills caused side effects in my gastrointestinal system, mainly G.I. distress.
I reduced the dosage to 1 pill daily and everything is fine. For my body, it seems that the dosage of two pills daily was excessive.

I bought it for 2 months in combination with mild exercise and saw results, nothing special but it works. However, it caused problems with my stomach and required medical treatment to recover.

Although I have been on a diet for about 6 months... I tried it during the summer until now and I have lost 32 kilos... I don't know exactly where it helps... but with diet and exercise, I saw results...

I bought it from a pharmacy which was selling it at double the price stated here. (I made a mistake because I didn't research it before buying it) Overall, I've been taking it for about 1.5 months and you're supposed to take 2 capsules a day after a meal. Personally, I didn't see any major changes and I exercise 4 times a week for about 2 hours each time, doing aerobic exercises and everything. I did stray from my diet a bit sometimes, but still didn't see any amazing results even with the exercise.

Let's start with the basics. I exercise daily (cycling and gym) and I took CLA for the first time for something extra. It may give something extra, I don't know. However, it has side effects.

It is the only supplement I have taken and it caused acne on my back after the first week, my whole back was filled with it. And I didn't have a very good mood in general during this period. With a blood sugar measurement, I understood why. 150 before eating after 36 hours without CLA.

I consider it dangerous for me.

Good product.. I have been using it for a long time.. Especially when I was on a diet and doing regular exercise, it had amazing results... I should note that the product doesn't show immediate effects, it requires repetition over the course of a month... I saw overall improvement in my health with its use.. Very good in combination with exercise and a slightly more careful diet. Its results, of course, did not appear immediately. It takes time to work, in my case about 1.5-2 months. The difference in definition, however, was noticeable. I have been following a daily exercise program for years and I tried it for this "something extra" (I don't usually use strong supplements).
