Tight Regular Loose
Users generally find it lightweight and well made, with good protection from wind and light rain. They prefer it for running, workouts, and everyday walks, and appreciate that it packs easily and has zippered pockets. However, it is thin, and the fit can be tight, especially across the chest.
Good quality, lightweight and thin for spring summer
I got the small, it was tight in the chest. I exchanged it and got the medium. And here while it seemed a bit big in size for me, it is a bit tight in the chest.

Πήρα το small, ήταν στενό στο στήθος. Το άλλαξα και πήρα το medium. Και εδώ ενώ φαινόταν ότι ήταν λίγο μεγάλο το νούμερο για εμένα στο στήθος είναι λίγο στενό.

Amazing for everyday use and all weather. That is, it performs well even with a light drizzle as well as with the wind. Incredibly lightweight and packs down to take up zero space. Ideal for walking in the city even at temperatures of 5-10 C. In no case is it suitable for sitting outside for coffee unless you are in the sun. VFM overall!!
Καταπληκτικό για καθημερινή χρήση και παντώς καιρού. Δηλαδή και με λίγο ψιλόβροχο τα καταφέρνει καλά όπως και με τον αέρα. Απίστευτα ελαφρύ και πακετάρεται πιάνοντας μηδενικό χώρο. Για περπάτημα στην πόλη ιδανικό ακόμη και με θερμοκρασία 5-10 C. Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν είναι για να κάτσεις για καφέ έξω αν δεν είσαι στον ήλιο. VFM overall !!
I use it during training sessions with only a thermal layer underneath for ambient temperatures up to 14-15 degrees. When it gets colder, I will return with additional information.

Review 21-2-2025 based on my individual endurance levels for training in a cold environment with 3 temperature zones.
1) 11-15 degrees => Short-sleeved technical shirt & windproof jacket (if it's windy)
or Thermal long-sleeved shirt and short-sleeved technical shirt
2) 7-11 degrees => Thermal long-sleeved shirt & windproof jacket
3) 4-7 degrees => Thermal long-sleeved shirt with short-sleeved technical shirt & windproof jacket
It's good to have gloves available for your hands if you feel them getting cold.
Also, in any of the 3 scenarios, if you feel that the jacket is warming you up too much, you can completely unzip it to ventilate your chest better, and to avoid restricting your movement, you can bring the ends of the zipper behind your back and zip it up for 4-5 centimeters. (You wear it like a cape with sleeves.)

Αναθεώρηση 21-2-2025 με βαση τα ατομικά μου επίπεδα αντοχης για προπόνηση σε κρύο περιβάλλον με 3 ζώνες θερμοκρασιών.
1) 11-15 βαθμοί => Κοντομάνικο τεχνικό μπλουζάκι & αντιανεμικό μπουφάν (άν φυσάει)
ή Ισοθερμική μακρυμάνικη μπλούζα και Κοντομάνικο τεχνικό μπλουζάκι
2) 7-11 βαθμοί => Ισοθερμική μακρυμάνικη μπλούζα & αντιανεμικό μπουφάν
3) 4-7 βαθμοί => Ισοθερμική μακρυμάνικη μπλούζα με κοντομάνικο τεχνικό μπλουζάκι & αντιανεμικό μπουφάν
Καλό είναι να υπάρχουν διαθέσιμα γάντια για τα χέρια αν τα νοιωθουμε να κρυώνουν.
Επίσης σε όποιο από τα 3 σενάρια και αν νοιώθουμε ότι μας ζεσταίνει το μπουφα΄ν, μπορούμε να το ξεκουμπώνουμε τελείως για να αερίζεται καλύτερα ο θώρακας και για να μην μας ενοχλεί στη κίνηση μπορούμε να φέρουμε τις άκρες του φερμουάρ πίσω από την πλάτη μας και να κουμπώσουμε 4-5 πόντους. (Το φοράμε σαν μία μπέρτα με μανίκια.)
Bought it in black color. Looks nice when worn with a thin shirt underneath without even running or doing any activity. When I took it off, it smelled incredibly like nylon, I don't know, maybe it was just my imagination. I washed it again and wore it again, but it's still the same, the material it's made of is terrible, I didn't expect this from Assics. I have similar products from other brands and they don't smell like this when you wear them once, anyway. I would say it's a waste of money.

It is waterproof and does not hold any water when it falls on it.
At the same time, while sweating during exercise, you feel that the material "breathes" and you don't feel like you're wearing something plastic, nor do you feel suffocated.
It also provides good insulation for the body even in cold weather (around 15 degrees) with short sleeves underneath, I didn't feel cold after sweating.
Its pockets are deep and secure with zippers for small items.
For maintenance, I simply hang it on a hanger to dry after exercising.
I am very satisfied with its use.

Επίσης κρατάει καλή μόνωση στο σώμα καθώς και με κρύα ατμόσφαιρα (περίπου 15 βαθμούς) με κοντομάνικο από μέσα δεν αισθανόμουν ότι κρυώνω μετά το ίδρωμα.
Οι τσέπες του βαθιές και ασφαλίζουν με φερμουάρ για κάποιο μικροαντικείμενο.
Για συντήρηση απλά το κρεμάω σε μια κρεμάστρα να στεγνώσει μετά τη γυμναστική.
Είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένος από τη χρήση του.
