French adjustable plier-type wrench. The adjustable wrench, plier type, looks and functions more like pliers than a wrench. It features spring-loaded handles and a round head equipped with six hardened steel jaws. When the handles are squeezed, the jaws slide toward the center, locking onto the head of the nut or bolt. This mechanism allows tightening of hexagonal, square, and round fasteners.
