Overall, the feedback is positive: users particularly appreciate the clear picture and easy, plug-and-play connection. It is often described as suitable for video calls, with satisfactory brightness and a practical stand; some users also praise the microphone. However, several users feel the picture and colors fall short of their expectations for Full HD, and some mention connection or durability issues.
Extremely bad product.
The image is very mediocre, definitely not FullHD.
After a year and with use of at most 20 times in total (I only had it for interviews, etc.), the cable has come loose from the back, the connection cuts out as if it doesn't make good contact.
In general, yes, it is cheap, but far away
It stopped connecting and I took it to the company teckhut located in Elliniko near Vouliagmeni Avenue months ago. They haven't replied to me yet. I regret the purchase I made. "A dud." I have a Logitech that has been working flawlessly for five years, bought for the same money. STAY AWAY
Unnaturally bad image and colors for a full HD camera. Seeing the comments of other users, I wonder if I have simply fallen into a defective product.
I used it on Windows 11 and it has very good brightness (especially the camera of my laptop, which was very dark before, so the difference was noticeable). As soon as I connected it to the laptop, I didn't need to do anything, it worked immediately
For the job I need it (teleconferences), it is excellent and with a wide range. The previous one I had only showed my face and with difficulty, many pixels. This specific one is honest.
Excellent Camera. Works on Windows 11. Good image quality even in complete darkness with just the screen light. Excellent microphone. Very convenient stand. 1.5m cable. I connected it without any adjustments. I would say it is more than value for money, although I don't know much about such cameras. Perfect for use with Viber, Skype. The photo is taken in complete darkness.
I received the XIAOMI IMILAB W88S WEB CAMERA, but I find it misleading that Xiaomi is mentioned in the front and not just IMILAB, the company that manufactures it (after receiving it, I was informed by skroutz that IMILAB is a subsidiary, if I understood correctly, of Xiaomi). The reason I consider it misleading is that this particular product has no quality resemblance to similar products of Xiaomi, but rather it resembles more a Noname product. Even its packaging was similar to a no-name product. It lacks accompanying software so that you can make use of the camera. It is, of course, plug and play with drivers that we find on Windows, but you cannot do much to make use of the camera... no matter how much I searched on the internet, I could not find any drivers or software.
