I think they don't do anything. I'm going back to my old product which is a bit more expensive but it did the job

First time I bought them while I was taking another brand, because they seemed cheaper. But with 3 a day, the price comes out about the same. I don't see any major improvement in my knees (where I have the problem). Maybe I'll keep them for another month to see if I notice a difference.

I bought it because I saw a comment saying that when you cut it, you realize how much it helps... I agree with the gentleman/lady.
