STAY AWAY. While it used to be one of the best filters, the replacement parts have become cheaper and you can no longer tell if the filter needs changing. Also, over time the plastic parts wear out. Buy something else.

It's simply perfect! I bought the first one 8 years ago and it started leaking water from the side, I could fix it but I thought to get a new one on offer. I didn't throw away the old one because it still does its job, it will be needed elsewhere. I have been satisfied with this filter for years.

Filter replacement is one thing and mold is another.
When you see a bit of blackness in the holes or even before that, just soak it for a few hours in white vinegar and then just rinse it with dish soap and the water outlets become like new.
As for the flow reduction, I haven't noticed anything and I've had both the old and the new ones. Those who have this issue definitely have a general supply problem and should install a mud filter at the meter to keep out the dirt. Don't expect the little filter to work miracles if your water is really bad

It's good, but you can't really call the spare parts cheap. Also, sometimes it gets clogged after 2-3 months, but maybe that's due to the water quality.

I have been using the company's filters for about four years now, but over the past year their quality has noticeably declined. Whereas previously their filter (even without the little glass now) would last for several months, it now needs replacing after just one month of use. It is truly disappointing and unacceptable for a company with such a history to so obviously reduce the quality of its products. What is most concerning is that many other users report exactly the same problem. With such practices, the company loses the trust and the customers who have supported it for years.

Unfortunately, after years of buying it, the new filters are useless, as other recent reviews also mention. After a very short time, the flow from the filter decreases significantly, to the point where it is no longer useful. I should note here that this happens well before reaching 1500 liters and, no, the quality of the tap water has not changed as some say in other reviews (I know this for certain due to my profession). Unfortunately, I will change product. Really a shame.

Exactly as described by previous reviewers in recent comments. After one month, the flow decreases to the point where you get bored waiting for a glass to fill, after two months it barely drips, and then the top part of the filter breaks and water gushes out like a fountain. The filter with the lid (inspection window) and the gold letters was perfect for years. Since the top part changed and it no longer unclips and the letters became silver, it's now wasted money since it's also very expensive. I tried three filters and they all behaved the same on the same tap where the old ones worked perfectly without any problems, so this company is now finished for me.

For years this particular filter was the best we had, but in the last 6 months with the changes made to the filter, the flow is significantly reduced after one month and sometimes the plastic at the top has broken and the water shoots out like a fountain. When we spoke to the company, they supposedly told us that the fault lies with the quality of the network water, Piraeus area. Now it's just wasted money.

From the first month, you notice that the water pressure drops, resulting in filling bottles and glasses very slowly. Older models from this company were not like this. Prefer another company

1. After changing the replacement filters, in less than a month the replacement has a very low flow, you wait 3 minutes for a glass of water.
2. The official position of the company regarding the change of the replacements without a transparent plastic window at the top is because they had to comply with which plastics are allowed to come into contact with drinking water. That is, it's like they're telling you that all this time when we had those with the transparent plastic, we were drinking something that is bad for us... very nice! Let's move on and hope for the best.

I used it for almost 3 years before I changed it since I live alone and I don't consume much water during the day, max 2 liters! I can't guarantee that the water quality was top-notch but it was definitely worth it!

These particular filters need to be replaced within a month! While all the previous ones of exactly the same type, I used to change every 4-6 months!

Excellent filter with very easy installation. The replacement filter is a bit pricey but I think it's worth it.

installation is easy and the different flow functions it has are convenient, but as others have said, the water flow dropped quite quickly. it was supposed to last 4-5 months but it looks like it won't even last 1 month

So far it does a good job. However, I don't see a significant difference in the quality of the water.

The only negative is that it does not remove the salts, which is a drawback given the hard water in Thessaloniki

Excellent filter that provides crystal clear water. I have been using the device for 7 years. In the winter in the city and in the summer I place it in the village. In the village, the filter needed changing faster because the water coming to the tap had a lot of dirt. The filter did its job as it should, but with such water, how could it not clog quickly? We installed a filter for dirt and mud at the supply, and thus the problem disappeared. Generally, the Japanese make everything incredibly good!

Excellent product, I recently bought it, my husband has a minor health issue and his doctor recommended it to us because he uses it himself. The water we drink has a huge difference compared to before. I highly recommend it

I've had the device for 5 years, and both I and my family are very satisfied. We drink plenty of water pleasantly, and it's far superior to bottled water. I highly recommend it. The Japanese have quality in all their products.

At first it was good, nothing terrible up to that point, but it cost 47€. Now for some inexplicable reason it has gone up to 67€, which of course is not worth it

Very good filter and with a small size, very easy to install in the replacement. A bit pricey though..

Easy steps, it has 4 caps for outdoor and indoor use at the faucet (2+2) for different types. I didn't have any leaks. The instructions it had were in English, clear but not printed legibly, I figured it out. I haven't measured the chemistry of the state but it's definitely better than not having a filter.

Practical and easy-to-use filter for your home faucet. You can adjust whether you want the filter to work or not. You change the cartridge every 4-6 months (depending on consumption, of course) and you have the main device for a lifetime. You can see that the filter needs changing when the running water has low pressure and when the cartridge has darkened (the cartridge has a cap that opens and you can see its condition). This particular filter retains chlorine and salts. For the money it costs, it's worth it.

I have installed it at home and at the cottage as well as for friends and relatives, and we are all very satisfied. Easy to install and I immediately noticed the difference in the water you drink.

In places where there is high water pressure, it is better not to open the tap all the way for better protection and longer lifespan of the replacement filter.
Overall, it offers excellent filtration of the water!

We have had the filter for over 2 years. It is very easy to use and very useful in daily life. The water has no taste with the use of the filter, and we change the filter about every 4 months because it turns black!

The filter is good, but it is very difficult to find the replacement parts. Also, the new replacement parts do not have a lid that opens to see if they need to be changed. In the picture is the old replacement part that is no longer available.
