    Due to intense exercise and daily fatigue that I experience, I need to take electrolytes. Common preparations contain (at least for me) meager amounts of electrolytes. So, homemade electrolytes are the only choice. I use this specific salt for taking in sodium chloride. Excellent, without even increasing blood pressure levels. Also, in food, it is the best I have tried. Congratulations to the company.
