I have been using them for 3-4 years, in previous years they were really perfect. With a little shaking, the patch would get quite warm and keep the heat for 8-10 hours. Lately, whether I put it on or not, it's like I'm barely wearing it, it's barely lukewarm and lasts only 6 hours at most, and also now they don't stick well. They have ruined the quality.

Poor packaging breaks very easily and the gel and beads inside come out. I prefer the ones from Lidl.

You don't easily understand the heat as you have to stick it on your underwear (logical). Also, its size is only suitable for minor pains and not for severe ones, it is better to use it together with painkillers. On the positive side, it lasts a long time and serves as a solution if you don't have a heating pad.

Very small. For example, if you have pain in the ovary on the side, it doesn't help unless you move it. A very small part of the abdomen warms up and sweats while further away it is ice cold. I barely feel it, I don't know why... and I put it directly on the skin. It's a shame, I hoped it would help. The heating pad is the only thing that helps with the heat, too bad I can't stick it to my belly.

As another comment said, it's not for strong pain. Not that painkillers are... in general, it's about not being born a woman.

Very useful product, I always have one in my drawer. I put it in the middle of my abdomen during my period and it relieves me greatly.

It stays warm for over 10 hours. The only downside is that it doesn't have strong adhesive and it comes off. It's better to secure it with a bandage on top

I have already purchased for next month, although the price seems somewhat expensive to me (if you go to the pharmacy, they have it even more expensive).
