It is indeed relatively soft and user-friendly with a very nice color. My problem is that, at least for me, it does not spread well and appears completely uneven when applied to the inner lash line. It also bothers me quite a bit. I used it 2-3 times and I will not try it again. Maybe I would only try it in the inner corner. I note this for anyone who may have an issue. I have a slight sensitivity in my eyes but nothing too significant. Nor is it so wet.
