    Very sturdy construction, excellent quality materials, and high aesthetics. Comfortable and easy to use, to clean, and to assemble and disassemble its individual parts. Even at high-speed operation, it is quite silent, at least compared to previous hand blenders I have used, which used to disturb the whole house. From what I have managed to try so far, it purees chocolate couverture bars with great ease, even without adding any liquid. However, I haven't tried it yet on other harder materials like parmesan or ice cubes, but it seems like it can handle anything. Finally, on the positive side, I would also include the fact that even in pulse mode you don't feel any vibration in your hand despite the relatively large weight of the motor.

    On the negative side, so far I can only mention the relatively increased weight of the motor (compared to other hand blenders of lower power) and of course its high price compared to the competition. However, I believe that in this case, the saying 'you get what you pay for' applies.
