Unacceptable. I installed the color cartridge and the prints are terrible. The colors are awful and it looks like there are no red shades. Due to my profession, I print incredible amounts of color material. I've never seen such a mess in cartridges. When I opened them, I got ink all over my hands because they didn't have protective tape. If the product is a result of refilling, the advertisement SHOULD have mentioned it.
