Nice taste, super combination of two vitamins for better absorption and good price. I will definitely buy them again.

I don't know if anyone else has felt this, but after swallowing the vitamin I feel a kind of overstimulation as if I've had coffee! Maybe it's just my imagination, I don't know... The real results will show up in the blood tests anyway!

It is a very sweet product. For someone who is on a diet abstaining from sugar, I am not sure if it is the right product

Personally, it took me from 10 to 30 in about three to four months.

It is very cost effective and pleasantly flavored.

I had a Vitamin D3 (25-OH) test and my levels were 11.5 ng/mL. After 2 months of daily consumption of 2 tablets (one in the morning and one at noon), I repeated the test and the result was 53.9 ng/mL.

For those who don't know, the supplement is best consumed after a meal containing fat (e.g., olive oil), as this significantly aids absorption.

Also, it is important to have sufficient magnesium intake, as it helps activate vitamin D in the body. Personally, on days when my diet didn't cover it, I also took a magnesium supplement.

I started them on 23/4 with vitamin d3 at 22.4 ng/mL and I take 2 tablets. Once I complete a month, I will do a d3 test to see if it has increased. I will update the review in a month. So far, I am satisfied with the taste

It was very difficult for me to find 5,000 iu together with K2. So I ended up here. On 12/8/24 I had 20.76 ng/ml and on 17/3/25 it went to 42.2 ng/ml. The first month I was taking 2 tablets a day, then one or sometimes two a day.

UPDATE: Now, I stopped them, I don't know, I didn't like that they were chewable, very sweet, I don't think it's the best for the teeth, maybe I don't want to order them online (I can't find them at a nearby pharmacy in Patras), something didn't sit well with me. So I got the D3 fix K2 from UniPharma, I got the box with 4,000 iu and with 2,000 iu. 13 euros for the box with 60 tablets *at 2,000 iu.

It raised my vitamin D3 from 21 to 59 in one month!!!!

P.S. BE CAREFUL always combine it with magnesium and zinc because high doses it contains can cause problems with the bones!

Very good supplement, the tablets are very small and easy to chew, they also have a nice taste. If you take them, also get some magnesium supplement to harmonize well.
