They've literally saved my feet. I've been trying out insoles and anatomic shoes for over two years -- I've got fallen metatarsals + morton's neuroma after my 2nd pregnancy. I use these in just about every shoe (except open sandals) I own and can still fit into. They did take about a week of getting used to (discomfort, but no pain), but now I can't *not* use them. They run a bit wide, but I find that helps stretch out my shoes, too; you can always trim them if it's bothersome.

Very convenient for cases of flat feet and quite durable. The fact that they have reinforced support with two options of different heights makes all the difference. I buy them every 2 years or so.
